Construction Notice – Bohaty Property (Stonegate Dr. to Ledgewood Dr.)
Please be advised that construction activity on the Bohaty property located off Stonegate Drive to Ledgewood Drive is scheduled to begin the week of January 19, 2026.
Work will begin with clearing of the property in preparation for development of a single-family residential subdivision consisting of approximately 75 lots.
Residents in the surrounding area may experience increased truck traffic, equipment activity, and temporary noise during this phase of construction.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as this project moves forward.
