HOW TO RESERVE A FIELD

Rental of sports fields to associations and individuals will be in accordance with the Medina Township Sportsfield Regulations.
How to reserve a field:

1.Fill out the online Field Rental Application entirely. Check the calendars to help you find available dates and times. (Click on the Baseball Calendar tab on the left – for Soccer, April through July, click on the Soccer Calendar tab on the left – for Soccer August through October, click on the Soccer Calendar 2 tab on the left) Applications can also be picked up at the Service Department – 3718 Weymouth Rd., or the Township Hall – 3799 Huffman Rd.

2.Submit the application for approval.

3.When notified, deliver payment to the Township Hall at 3799 Huffman Rd. Medina Township can only accept checks or money orders. NO CASH OR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.

4.Be sure to read and understand the Sportsfield Regulations, and bring a copy of your liability insurance naming Medina Township as being additionally insured.

5.Fields cannot be used until all paperwork is in place.

6.Fields must be reserved for both games and practices, and field use rates will apply.

This form must be completed in full. When you hit submit, it will go directly to our coordinator, who will then approve it if the dates are available. When you are notified, please take your payment to our town hall at:
