Ken DeMichael is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Business. He and his family have resided in Medina Township since 1997. His oldest daughter, Taylor, is in college. His daughter, Antonia, and son, Dominic, attend Medina High School. His wife, Dawnetta, is a school teacher in Brunswick. Ken has been active in the community coaching youth basketball teams, serving as an officer of his neighborhood’s Homeowners Association, and serving on Medina Township’s Board of Zoning Appeals. He is vested in his community and cares about its future.
Ken believes that common sense, along with commitment and communication are essential attributes of an elected official. As a trustee, Ken currently serves as chairman of the board. He is Medina Township’s Roads/Parks Superintendent, Building Superintendent and Alternate LST Representative. Ken is currently on the ProQA committee with members from Medina City and Montville Township that is in place to enhance our safety services by improving our dispatch system. He has been Medina Township’s representative for The Medina County Health Department and attends monthly safety council meetings.
Ken is focused on working with you to ensure that Medina Township is a place where we can be proud to live.
